Announcing Our New Identity and Digital Presence

According to Sean Moynihan, The Moynihan Group rebrand comes at a time of changing expectations throughout the industry—clients demanding more business savvy, an in-depth understanding of their client’s business and a commitment to innovation. 

Headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts with a satellite office in Belfast, The Moynihan Group is a boutique law firm representing creative clients, corporations, non-profit organizations, trade associations, and universities located in the northeast and across the Atlantic Ocean. But like the entire professional services industry, TMG was hearing calls for change.

Clients were demanding dynamic thinking, innovation, energy and unparalleled levels of business savvy. Specializing in public policy law, including legislative and executive counsel; corporate law, and transatlantic ventures, The Moynihan Group needed a brand to showcase their thoughtful, innovative, and customized strategies.

In collaboration with BOYLE+PARTNERS Brand Marketing Studio, Attorney Moynihan and staff developed a brand strategy focused on providing maximum value and creating a home for the agility and zealous advocacy the Group brings to each and every one of their clients.

At the heart of this evolved approach lies TMG’s belief that what wins the day and what makes a business thrive is the passion that drives it.

Advocating for innovators and business mavericks since 2007.

As the idea took shape, the firm wanted a look and feel that emphasized its ambition – creating a visual and verbal identity system that’s bold and forward facing. The new ‘wave’ logo and bright color palette represent the firm’s energy and spirit. The verbal brand revolves around brevity and clarity. 

Internally, the new brand promise and identity ignited enthusiasm. The brand strategy flows through their interactions with clients, talent recruitment, and of course, marketing and social media. The new site, and URL (www.moynihan.boston) includes a restructure of all navigation, a refresh of all content, with a better user experience scalable to any smart device.
